BMW Motorwelt_Werk 1.1 und 1.2.
In the heart of Munich, Bayerische Motoren Werke is modernizing and expanding part of its facilities.

This plant has been the heart of BMW’s production for over 100 years and is constantly being modernized to support the transition to electric mobility and digital manufacturing processes. In addition to the production facility, it houses BMW’s headquarters, the BMW Museum, and BMW Welt, making this area a significant automotive tourism hub. The modernization of the factory is taking place in phases, with expansions planned to continue until 2040, aimed at improving production capacities and better integrating the factory into the urban space.

Overseas Quarter Hamburg “Eleven Decks” and “The Lyte”
In Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier in HafenCity, the residential projects “Eleven Decks” and “The Lyte” are being developed.

“Eleven Decks” spans an area of approximately 5,000 square meters, while the gross area is about 32,000 square meters, of which 21,000 square meters are residential space. “Eleven Decks” consists of 306 residential units with different types of apartments ranging from 39 to 200 m², while the gross area of “The Lyte” totals around 11,000 square meters, with about 7,800 square meters of residential space.

Frankfurt Four

The Frankfurt Four is a building complex in the heart of Frankfurt am Main. It was constructed at the so-called triangle of the Deutsche Bank, between Große Gallusstraße, Neue Schlesingergasse, and Junghofstraße, and consists of four tall buildings with heights of 233 meters (Tower 1), 173 meters (Tower 2), 120 meters (Tower 3), and 100 meters (Tower 4). The tallest building, with 59 floors, located on Neue Schlesingergasse, is now the third tallest building in Germany. The gross floor area amounts to 210,000 square meters, of which 90,000 square meters are office space, approximately 60,000 square meters are residential, 30,000 square meters are hotel space, and 20,000 square meters are office areas for retail and gastronomy.
